I have long believed the key to success is putting my customer’s interest above my own. Over my many years of being in sales, my repeat business has grown because of this philosophy.
So in creating my website, www.PatriciaNorwine.com, I wanted to give Buyers and Sellers the tools they need to complete their home sale or purchase with ease.

- School Information - Find out about local school districts and how they are rated.
- Community Information – Get demographic information.
- Local Events – This is open to everyone. I will be posting events that I feel would be of interest to everyone. If you have a fund raiser or event that you feel would be of interest to others, please email me and I will post it with the exception of political and religious rallies.

On a personal note, I have a long history of sales and volunteering for non-profits such as domestic violence shelters, Meals on Wheels and KCET. Continuing education in real estate market trends and new regulations are a must for me in this environment. To better serve my clients, I have become certified in Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and online real estate technology (e-PRO). I am also a member of the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
