I went from not believing I could ever purchase a home by myself to becoming a homeowner in under the space of two months and I know that it would not have been possbile without the dedication, work ethic and positive nature of Pat Norwine. Where some realtors might have labeled me a low priority because of my low limit, Pat immediately jumped in and began searching out the best listings within my range --and that enabled me to be the first to view a great, brand-new condo that had just fallen out of escrow.
